How to track my order?
If you are a registered member of our website, you may track your order using the "TRACK ORDER" link. Or, our Customer Service can help you track your order. And when we get the tracking number from the express company, we also can send it and the tracking link to track the parcel's status.
Please note that if you refuse a package or do not retrieve a held package from UPS/USPS within their time frame we will not be held responsible for issuing a refund. We are unable to issue refunds without authorization from us prior to it being returnedas these packages can often be lost during the return process.
If you are unable to accept deliveryof your order on the scheduled delivery date, we recommend contacting UPS/USPS directly to make other arrangements for receiving your package or leaving your carrier a note with instructions.
If you are unable to retrieve a held packageprior to final notice, please contact UPS/USPS directly to make other arrangements for your package pickup or to schedule redelivery on a different date.
